BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT #2 (video)

Give this quick workout a try: 
- 90 seconds speed rope
- 12 press-ups (knee assisted if needed) 
- 20 mountain climbers
- 15 crunches
- 16 jump lunges 

30 seconds rest between each exercise 

Repeat this 3 times (3 sets)
