Ground based glute stretch

KEY COACHING POINTS:

  • Chase the stretch in your glutes

  • Walk your hands out as far as possible

  • Embrace the stretch for 1-2 seconds 

Note: If your knee hurts then you're doing it wrong, this is a challenging one and you'll need to go into it slowly
