Speed rope - 60 seconds
Weighted dead bugs - 50 seconds
Double lunge jump - 40 seconds
Crunch rotations - 30 seconds
Burpees - 30 seconds
V-Sits 30 seconds 

15 seconds rest between each set
Repeat 2-3 times (2-3 sets)
