  • Power with your legs, your torso and arms should aid the final pull of the movement, they should not be the driving force of the movement, your legs are stronger than your arms

  • Control your breathing 

  • Give it 100% for the desired amount of distance/time, achieve the best result possible, then try and beat it next time
