  • Power with your legs; your torso and arms should aid the final pull of the movement. They should not be the driving force of the movement; your legs are stronger than your arms

  • Control your breathing 

  • Give it 100% for the desired amount of distance/time and achieve the best result possible, then try to beat it next time
