I'm an Online Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach based in the UK who specialises in fast tracking body transformations. I help everyday busy people achieve the results they have always wanted and quicker than they ever thought possible. I do this by creating a Bespoke Training and Nutrition Plan based on the individuals lifestyle and fitness goals, whilst utilising proven training methods with weekly video feedback.
I come from a military background where I spent five and a half years in the Royal Welsh Infantry, I've been to places such as Afghan, Canada, Cyprus and Kenya. In the Army I was an All Arms Physical Training Instructor (AAPTI), after completing my course at the Army School of Physical Training, so it was my job to make sure the Battalion was peak level ready for operations. I left the Army and continued to pursue my passion for health and fitness.
I'm a business owner (Expert PT LTD) and have two beautiful children, I understand the high demands of everyday life and how hard it can be to fit healthy eating and exercise around the chaos of every day.
My mission is to provide you, yes YOU with the UK’s highest quality Online Personal Training service and transform both your body and mind in the quickest possible way!

Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life changing transformation. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability. With Online Personal Training you can work with the best in the world, from anywhere in the world.
Once we have had our initial phone call to discuss your goals, training history, diet and current fitness levels, I will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this in more detail and gives me all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.
I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on, the plan I create for you will be specific to you, to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.
The fun does’t stop there, once you receive your plan I will be there to support, motivate and guide you every step of the way through your body transformation with weekly check-ins, weekly personal video feedback, regularly changing the plan as you develop and progress, tracking your nutrition utilising the My Fitness Pal app, along with consistent contact via phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
I will be your full time Personal Trainer/Coach.
