Hi! I'm Andy Griffiths, Professional Online Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach based in the UK who specialises in fast tracking body transformations. What is Online Personal Training/Online Coaching?
Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life changing transformation with clients. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.
How does Online Personal Training/Online coaching work?
Once we have had our initial phone call to discuss your goals, training history, diet and current fitness levels, I will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this in more detail and gives me all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.
I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on, the plan I create for you will be specific to you, to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.
The fun does’t stop there, once you receive your plan I will be there to support, motivate and guide you every step of the way through your body transformation with weekly check-ins, weekly personal video feedback, regularly changing the plan as you develop and progress, with consistent contact via phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
I will be your full-time Personal Online Fitness Coach.
