What is Online Fitness Coaching?
Online Fitness Coaching / Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer fitness coaching and achieve life changing transformation with clients. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.
How does Online Personal Training / Online Coaching work?
Once we have had our initial phone call to discuss your goals, training history, diet and current fitness levels, I will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this in more detail and gives me all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.
I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on, the plan I create for you will be specific to you, to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.
The fun does’t stop there, once you receive your plan I will be there to support, motivate and guide you every step of the way through your body transformation with weekly check-ins, weekly personal video feedback, regularly changing the plan as you develop and progress, with consistent contact via phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
I will be your full-time Personal Online Fitness Coach.

Online Personal Training prices?
The price is £155 Per Month to hire myself as your full time Online Personal Trainer, the payments are all done via PayPal, there is no contract so you can pause or even cancel at anytime.

Myself, as well as a lot of people within the industry are young and therefore quite easily influenced (generally speaking), especially if a dietary strategy is appealing to you, and because I love steak as well as consuming a diet powerful enough to help me fight off a sabre-tooth tiger, armed with nothing but a blunt stone and primarily fuelled on ketones, you can see how that diet was appalling to me.
