Milk is another good source of protein, and again one that’s easy to include in your diet. A rising number of people are following a vegan diet, but there are plenty of healthy sources of plant-based protein too.
Among them is hemp seed, which is also a good source of omega 3 and omega 6, while black beans are another healthy protein source cited by the news provider.
