The data shows that up to 6-8 sets per muscle group, the gains continue to rise, but beyond, we get hit with a pretty hard plateau – it's clear that more work doesn't always equal more gains, and can even be detrimental.
Fitness, health, nutrition and performance can be a confusing topic of discussion, but you can often read or hear something that just really rings true, massively simplifies things and staples itself at the forefront of your mind.
They’re not accurate, they don’t take into consideration weight increase from gaining muscle, water retention and most importantly they don’t measure sexy.
All this considered, I still personally think that the scales are one of the most accurate ways of assessing fat loss.
