How to Perform on a Stationary Bike:

  • You should always have at least a slight bend in your knees. If you can lock your knees out when sitting on the seat, then it's too high

  • Control your breathing 

  • Give it 100% for the desired amount of distance/time, achieve the best results possible, then try to beat it next time
