Circuit time!
Give this one a try, you might find yourself struggling for oxygen about half way through:

- 10 x windmill press ups
- 60 seconds of skipping (start slow then speed up)
- 10 x leg lowers (don't rush just feel the love)
- 10 x burpees
- 10 x scissor kicks (10 each leg, don't rush)
- 10 x squat jumps
20 second rest between each exercise and I recommend you do this 3-4 times.
