BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT #3 (Video)

Another great workout to try:
- Side to side step shuffle with a step touch- 30 seconds
- Incline close grip press ups- 30 seconds (knee assisted if needed)
- Fast feet step ups- 30 seconds
- Step crunches- 30 seconds
- Front foot elevated split squat with knee raise- 30 seconds (each leg with no rest between legs)
- Tricep dips- 30 seconds

30 seconds rest between each exercise and do this 3 times

BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT #4 (Video)

GIVE THIS HORRIFIC WORKOUT A GO:
-10 x Box jumps (choose an appropriate height)
-10 x V-sits (don't rush, squeeze your abs)
-10 x Burpees (chest to floor)
-20 x Dead bugs (10 each leg)
-60 seconds speed rope (high knees)
-10 x Hand release press-ups (knees assisted if needed)
-10 x Box jumps (you will be hurting at this point!) 
-10 x Spider-man press-ups (without the press up if you're struggling)
20 seconds rest between each exercise
Do this 3-4 times (3-4 sets)

Circuit time!
Give this one a try, you might find yourself struggling for oxygen about halfway through:

- 10 x windmill press-ups
- 60 seconds of skipping (start slow then speed up)
- 10 x leg lowers (don't rush just feel the love)
- 10 x burpees
- 10 x scissor kicks (10 each leg, don't rush)
- 10 x squat jumps
20 second rest between each exercise and I recommend you do this 3-4 times.
