1 Lemon Wedge, to serve
Marinade
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Honey
30ml Olive Oil
Method
1. Lay fillets in a shallow dish. Whisk together the marinade ingredients & pour over the kippers.
2. Cover & place on lowest fridge shelf. Leave overnight.
3. Serve cold for breakfast with freshly cooked spinach.
