100’s of recipes now available…..

I’ve been working on this for the past 6 months, it’s still a work in progress, but I think it’s currently looking class!

Every 3 months I take some time to review the service I provide, essentially I look at what improvements could be implemented in order to take my Online Personal Training Service and clients to the next level. Mid 2018 I decided to incorporate a recipes section on my website, this is to make the process of transforming your physique more enjoyable, practical and sustainable, as we know that the best diet is the one you can stick with long term.

I wanted to have this established for the start of 2019. I didn’t think this was a tall order… wrong I was, I’ve literally got this up and running with only hours left of 2018. Over the next 3 months I’ll also be adding a vegan section to my website.
